Quality & Certificates

Quality control should be explained in machine terms.

For woodworking machinery buyers, quality is not a slogan. It is machine structure, configuration confirmation, trial running, certificates and export preparation.

Quality checkpoints

What DAHAKA should make visible before a buyer orders.

This page reserves space for final certificate images and inspection details. Current copy stays conservative until documents are confirmed.

01

Requirement check

Confirm workpiece, process, output and customization requirements.

02

Machine configuration

Check station arrangement, fixtures, feeding and electrical details.

03

Trial running

Run core functions and prepare machine before shipment.

04

Documents

Provide confirmed certificates, patents and available machine documents.

Certificates and patents

Show confirmed documents only.

The client mentioned CE, QMS, EMS, ISO-related quality requirements and patents. UL should only be displayed after certificate files are confirmed.

CE certificates

Reserve this area for confirmed CE documents for relevant machine lines, including solid wood machines and edge banding machines.

QMS / EMS

Use this block to show quality management and environmental management certificates after final document review.

Patents

DAHAKA has patent materials in the project files. The final website can show selected invention, utility model, appearance and software certificates.

Quality language for overseas buyers

Write what can be checked, not just what sounds impressive.

The page should avoid empty claims like "excellent quality" unless supported by process details. Buyers care about machine configuration, stability, delivery, spare parts, documentation and whether the factory understands their actual production task.

For this reason, quality content is written around checkpoints: before production, during configuration, before shipment and after delivery.
