5. Include factory utility conditions
Whenever possible, share the available power supply, compressed air condition, dust collection arrangement and installation space. These details help reduce later adjustments and support a smoother installation plan.
6. Add photos or samples when drawings are limited
If final drawings are still being completed, photos of the current product, machining area or existing production line can still help establish the quotation direction. Samples, videos or marked reference images are also useful for clarifying special process points.
